Multi-Site Dashboard
See every shop you run, compare orders and revenue, and open a store. Each shop keeps its own stock.

Overview
The multi-site dashboard is the screen for operators who run more than one dispensary. It lists the shops you are linked to, rolls up orders and customers, and lets you open a shop when you need to work inside it.
Multi-location is multi-store. Each shop stays its own storefront, with its own address, domain, catalog, inventory, customers, and driver app. You open any of them from this dashboard.

The sites list
The sites list is every shop your login can see. Open one to work in that store: its menu, its orders, and tonight’s routes. When you are done, you return to the portfolio. You do not stay inside a second shop by accident.
Compare shops
Pick last calendar month, or the last 7, 30, or 90 days, then pick two, three, or four sites. You see revenue, orders, average order value, and new customers side by side. Revenue and orders also show the change against the period before.
You can download a sheet with one row per shop: name, host, whether it is active, order count, and customer count. The sheet is a snapshot. It does not change stock.
Link a second shop
To add a shop that already exists, submit a claim. You need the shop’s slug or domain, the owner’s email, last month’s revenue in that store’s currency, and last month’s order count for every status.
The claim is reviewed against the store. When it is accepted, the shop shows on your dashboard. Until then, it is not in your totals. The shop you already run is the first one on the portfolio.
What stays in each shop
- Each location keeps the catalog and stock on its own shelves.
- Loyalty and customers stay with the shop that earned them.
- Zones are delivery areas inside one shop.
- Each location has its own driver routes, its own driver app, and its own on-the-way texts.
